We protect your data within the framework of the legal requirements and adapt them automatically to the respective updates. Below you will find information about which data is collected from you on our website and how it is stored and used.

Data transmission and logging for internal system and statistical purposes

These data are stored on the servers of our provider Strato, Berlin, separately from other data that you enter when using our offer. This data is stored for a maximum of one year and then automatically deleted. It is not possible to assign this data to a specific person.

In principle, you can use our Internet offer or our website without providing personal data. Germany e.V.) only collects personal data from donors and interested parties that is necessary for the purpose of fundraising and donation management or for processing inquiries (this includes, for example, an online donation, registration for the newsletter or the Participation in a competition or other promotions). We also use your e-mail address and telephone number within the framework of the guidelines of the GDPR to send you your donation receipt and, if necessary, additional information about our charitable work.

The transfer to third parties is excluded, unless there are legal requirements to the contrary or these are required for the processing of e.g. payments or the provision of the services you may have requested (this includes e.g. credit card data, bank details, etc.).

We are only allowed to provide information about our provider or the B.L.U.E. Germany e.V. association within a clearly defined framework if a court order is issued. Judicial orders are issued, for example, for the purpose of criminal prosecution, to avert danger, to fulfill the legal tasks of the constitutional protection authorities or to enforce intellectual property rights.

Data erasure

Participant data is automatically deleted after the event has taken place, unless it has to be kept for accounting or other legal reasons. In such cases, the deletion takes place after the respective statutory retention requirements have expired.

B.L.U.E. Germany e.V. takes into account the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.

Please note that when taking on a sponsorship or project support for children and adolescents, the EU data protection guidelines and the UN Convention on Children's Rights apply.

You have the right to request information from us about the data stored about you or your pseudonym.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR) if you are of the opinion that the processing of your data violates data protection law.
